ABOUT Esmond station
Esmond Station opened in 2014 and is the only K-8 in the Vail School District. Our mascot is the Ironhorse and our school colors are: black, silver, white and teal.
Our 43 certified staff members have a shared 482 years of teaching experience. We are dedicated to serving our families, students and community.
We have a rich history of meaningful events such as: Patriot Day Assembly, Diaper Drive, Craft Day, Polar Express Festival, Love of Reading Week, Quarterly Academic and Spirit Assemblies, Field Day
In 2013 the Marsh Station Section Foreman house moved to Esmond Station K8 through a partnership between the Vail Preservation Society and Vail Unified School District. The house provides unique educational experiences at Esmond Station.
